Inforno HealthTech ("Inforno," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
When you submit the business inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, area of interest, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting business conversation.
What not to submit
Do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI), data regulated under HIPAA, Social Security numbers, classified material, or other sensitive government information through this website. The inquiry form is intended for business development conversations only.
How information is used and stored
Submitted inquiries are retained in our business records and shared with the Inforno founders so your inquiry can be answered. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists or unrelated outreach.
Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-conscious measurement service that does not use advertising cookies or identify individual visitors, to understand aggregate visitation and site performance. We also keep lightweight internal records of key business actions, such as a capability statement download or a contact form submission. Those records contain only the action taken, the page, the time, and broad referral source. They never include names, email addresses, inquiry text, or other personal information submitted through forms. We do not use advertising trackers, remarketing tools, or session replay, and we do not create visitor profiles.
Service providers
Inquiry notifications are delivered to the founders through our transactional email service provider. Website hosting and analytics are provided by our infrastructure and CDN providers. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website.
